Unless you’re getting rid of your device, it’s highly recommended not to delete your eSIM as it cannot be reinstalled. If you’re having difficulty using holiday.com’s eSIM, please get in touch with Support.
Here’s how to delete your eSIM on your device:
iPhone
- Go to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Service> under your SIMs, tap the eSIM you want to remove > Delete eSIM.
Samsung
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > tap the eSIM you want to remove > Remove > Remove.
Google Pixel
- Go to Settings > Network and Internet > SIMs > Erase SIM > Erase.
